Commencement 2015

President Catharine Bond Hill presided over the 151st Vassar College Commencement ceremony, conferring bachelor’s degrees and one master’s degree to 610 graduating students at the college’s Outdoor Amphitheater. Media icon Arianna Huffington, editor-in-chief of the Huffington Post Media Group, delivered the Commencement address.



The Class of 2015 includes 48 students elected to Phi Beta Kappa, 33 elected to Sigma Xi (a national honor society for the sciences), and 122 students who were awarded General Honors. Among the graduates were Fulbright Scholars and recipients of various scholarships and fellowships.
